The 13 is a very powerful number because it consists of the beginning of the new count. If you add 1 and 3 it equals 4. The number 4 is a base, or foundation and the platform to move forward. 

Thirteen is a very powerful tool, it is a call to the Sacred Trinity to bring wholeness or holiness that allows for the Unification of the World.
